Art Bites

It’s all about creating food that engages all the senses and they do that with a to-die-for Evolution menu – 10 degustation courses that ripple across your taste buds and leave you begging for more. And yes, even after six courses it IS still possible to still want more…. they are small courses after all – little taste teasers – and, as the cliché says, you only live once! That said, you can pick and choose from the a la carte menu instead; but why ruin a perfectly good night by having to make choices? www.thegeorge.com
