The Strip, Christchurch, August 2008. Ajr....in a manner of speaking at least. This was the innocuous summery scene on The Strip this afternoon - that stretch of bars and cafes along Oxford Terrace next to the Avon that transforms into a whole other 'beast' on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday night when the party-goers come out to play.
